The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Your job may involve managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job.
Typical activities include:

• Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
• Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
• Estimating the time required to complete the work
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
• Working with a wide range of media, including social media, marketing, photographer
• Proof reading to produce accurate and high-quality work

• Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
• Working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash
• Developing interactive design
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

Print production managers organise, control and monitor the flow of printed materials in a printing or publishing company. They check schedules, confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments, oversee the work of staff in the department, monitor the quality of the product and ensure deadlines are met. Print production assistants arrange page layouts of books, magazine articles, photographs and advertising, draw up headlines and prepare copy for printing.

Most print production managers (also called print managers, production managers, producers, or print specialists) work as part of a team that includes sales managers, editors, graphic designers, project managers and art directors. Liaising with these professionals, it is their responsibility to coordinate the process of printing according to company requirements.

• Recommending efficient, time-saving project production flows.
• Identifying and selecting appropriate options for binding, inks, paper, varnishes, and special printing processes.
• Recommending the best printers for the specific project.
• Selecting and negotiating with vendors to agree on best price, quality, and due date.
• Communicating the designer’s requirements to vendors.

The Packaging Manager directs all aspects of cheese packaging from the receipt of blocks through packaging, boxing, and palletizing of the finished product assuring the highest quality while maximizing yields,and maintaining cost efficient operations. Provides the vision, leadership, and coaching needed to develop and maintain the competencies and performance of packaging employees.

• Check product for defects according to company quality standards
• Review defects with operator for acknowledgement
• Monitor quality of customer samples at time of production of samples
• Verify customer sample quantities
• Perform other duties as requested
